Artojo Street, Northern – western part of the city

Planed in the 19th century In the first half. Joined the sawmills standing by Dane (see Liepu St. route). Long time the street was without name. In Lithuanian plans are called Uniono Street (20th c.). In the Soviet year it was renamed the Artojo street.
