Birutes Street, East – Southern part of the city

One of the streets of the new microdistrict of Smelte, which was extended. Planned in the 20th century, he was named after Erika Street (German: Erika Strasse). Until the end of the Second World War, annexation was not completed in the construction of residential houses. In the Soviet year it was named Birutė Street.
