1856 - 1857 building (8 Turgaus St.) shown in plan. 1898 - 1921 It was one of the biggest in Klaipeda Julius Huhn trading house. 1926 - 1939 The building owner - a businessman Adolf Preiss. 1939 - 1944 for the plot owner - property assessor, Dr. Raimold.
