Fachwerk construction, rectangular plan, one-storey building, Covered with a sloping roof. In the center of the carriers' street, a board with the symbol of Sąjūdis at the top and the inscription: "In this house / 1988 - 1990, Acting / Lithuania / Peridration Movement / Klaipeda City Branch ".
The primary purpose of the building is the barn of the building next door (Vežėjų St. 2). Later Restructured and adapted to live.
