Warehouse S453, The Old City
17/6 Kepeju St.

Historic, technological, architectural value
Built in the 18th c.

A two-storeyed brick stucco building with a garret and an arched basement in the first authentic version when the warehouse was built in the late 17th – early 18th century. The warehouse is universal. It was used to store the goods. In the middle of the 18th century Kristijonas Feinholc who most likely was a merchant owned the warehouse. In the middle of the 19th century it was as large as we find it today. In the beginning of the 20th century it belonged to the company "Berlowitz and co". It became a place where tobacco was sold. In ca. 1980 the major repairs were made and a café was arranged in it.
