Built in the late 19^th c.
Restored in 1977 m.

A brick one-storeyed building of a historic style (two former living houses were connected into one building, the owner – Ephraim) has a gable roof and a garret. In the beginning of the 20^th century the building belonged to a stock company Klaipeda Brewery that arranged its own restaurant “Zveju uzeiga” in it. The restaurant continued to operate after the war.
