Historic, architectural value
Built in the late 19th c.
In 1924 - 1927 a writer and teacher Pranas Masiotas (1863 - 1940) lived there
In 1925 - 1927 a pianist and teacher, professor Ignas Prielgauskas (1871 - 1956) lived there

A two-storeyed building of a rectangular plan and symmetric composition (the first storey was used as a warehouse, the second storey – as a living premise) was built in the second half of the 19th century. It has elements of Classicism. At the present time it is being utilized by the Clocks museum.
