Building S384,Historical part of the city 10 Liepu St. Architectural, historic value A brick two-storeyed building with a cellar and a garret (former villa-residence belonged to a wealthy merchant-industrialist from England Mae Lean, later it became a property of a banker Alexander) was built in the first half of the 19th century. In 1905 it was reconstructed in the Jugend style, the premises for the private bank were arranged. In 1923 some works of reconstruction were done. It was restored in 2000 - 2001. At the present time there is a bank located in the building. |
