Built in the 1^st half of the 19^th c.
Restored in 1975

A one-storeyed building with a garret of a rectangular plan and symmetric composition (a living house of a middle class citizen with a bakery and a store on the first storey) was built in the first half of the 19^th century according to the Klaipeda construction traditions of that time.
