Built in the late 19^th c. – early 20^th c.

A brick one-storeyed building of a rectangular plan and symmetric composition has a garret, a gable roof and cellars (the arched cellars remained on the western part). It was built in the second half of the 19^th century (in 1858 the living house was owned by a merchant W. Richter). The building has elements of the Neoclassicism style. In 1962 - 1963 the renovation was made. In 1996 - 1997 it was restored.
