Architectural value
Built in the 19th c.
The basements were built in the 17 - 18th c.

A brick three-storeyed building of a rectangular plan and symmetric composition has the cellars (built on the old foundation), a garret and a gable roof. The influence of Classicism and Pseudo-renaissance is obvious on the main facade. Former living house of a wealthy citizen with the premise for trade was built in the second half of the 19th century. It was reconstructed in the late 19th- early 20th century. At the present time there is a bank located in the building.
