Architectural value
Built in the late 19^th c.

The two-storeyed brick building of a rectangular plan has a gable roof. The façade that faces Turgaus street is divided into repeating composition sections. (The new bank building was built in 1858 in Neo-renaissance style; in 1910 - 1912 it was reconstructed) In 1967 an extension was built. It changed the façade that faces the Teatro square.
