Architectural value
Built in the 1^st half of the 19^th c.

A brick stucco one-storeyd building of a symmetric composition has a garret. It was built in the German “Motherland style”. In the first half of the 20^th century the house belonged to a constructor-contractor Bernitzkis. In the building there was located an office where the architects, engineers and technicians worked.
