Built in the 1^st half or the 19^th c.

The plan of the one-storeyed house is rectangular but irregularly-shaped. Most likely there was a “black kitchen” in the center. A garret was built later on. Under the building there is a basement. It is a living house of a merchant that was used for trade, too.
