I.Simonaityte library is the most beautiful building of the Neo-renaissance style. It is a two-storeyed brick building with a gable roof of an asymmetric plan. On the side of the street there is a big balcony sustained by the Corinthian pillars. The facades are decorated with the multitudes of stucco moldings. The doors are decorated with the carved and metallic elements. The owner of the former villa H.Gerlach was one of the richest lumbermen of Klaipeda.
