Built in 1910

A one-storeyed villa of a rectangular plan with a garret has Fachwerk constructions with the elements of modern (Secession) style. The first brick storey has narrow windows with the shutters. There is a round little tower uplifted on the main eastern façade. The building is decorated with the elements of folk carving.
