Built in the 18th – 19th c
Restored in 1970

G70K1 A one-storey living house of Fachwerk construction with a garret and a gable roof has a rectangular plan. The main façade of asymmetric composition faces Baznyciu Street.
G70K2 A one-storey L-shaped building of Fachwerk construction has a gable roof. In the 18th c, it housed a potter’s workshop.
