Architectural value
Built in 1855
Restored in 1975

The façade on the street side of a brick warehouse (No. 3, Jono Street) has a number of arch windows with shutters. On the other side of the house there is a yard, surrounded with a high wall with a gate.
After the fire in 1854, a wood merchant and manufacturer J. Gerlach bought a land. He built two houses and a warehouse between them in conformity with the old survived buildings.(The warehouse could have been built in 1840 and burnt during the fire).
