Historic, technological, architectural value
Built in the late 18^th - middle 19^th c.

Buildings are located around the closed cobbly yard. A three storeyed warehouse of Fachwerk construction (the first storey is made of bricks) with a garret and a gable roof was built in the late 18^th century. In the yard there is another two-storeyed warehouse with an arched pent roof of Fachwerk construction, which is very typical to the Klaipeda county of the 19^th century. A one-storeyed brick house with a pent roof and a cellar in the southeastern part of the land plot was built in the middle of the 19^th century. The complex was restored in 1973 - 1982 and adjusted to the needs of the Klaipeda’s exhibition palace.
