Vynerio promenade, Northern – western part of the city

It was in the 19th century, next to the growing trees, that going to Tauralaukis. The founder was Claire (Jewish) Julius Wyner (Wiener). At his name is called the promenade - the walks path. This name existed until 1939 annexation, when it was changed to Tannenbergo name.
