Lakstuciu Street, East – southern part of the city

Smeltė District Street, who connected the streets of Nemunas and Minija. Scheduled in the 20th century. Formerly was the Gintaro village (Bernsteinbruch), an industrial street. It is was named Bernsteinbruch Strasse (Gintaro Street). In the 20th century, at the beginning built typical residential houses for the workers of the pulp mill were started.
