Built in 1867. 
In 1923 - 1928 a bibliographer Ansas Bruozis (1876 - 1928) worked there.
In 1925 - 1926 a governor of Klaipeda county and a poet Jonas Zilius-Jonila (1870 - 1932), worked there.
In 1935 - 1939 a writer Ignas Seinius (1889 - 1959) worked there.
Reconstructed in 1905.
Restored in 2000-2001.

Brick building, two-storey with attic and cellar. The building The former of the English merchant wealthy industrialist Mae Lean. Reconstructed in 1905. Now in the building is the Bank.
