Building 15974 (previous code S341), Historical part of the city
Architectural value
Built in the early 20th c.
A brick two-storeyed house of a complex square plan (former house-clinics of a wealthy doctor) has a basement, a garret and a gable roof. The building is built in Jugend style. The facades of asymmetric compositions are decorated with the jetties with curved taper roofs, pediment and cornices. The inner layout has remained without any big changes. There is a gorgeous stairway with the wooden dados.
