House 845 (previous code S360), The Old City

Architectural value
Built in the middle of the 18th century.

The brick two-storeyed house of a rectangular, almost quadratic plan has an attic and high basement with cylindrical arch. It is a unique building of the 18th century that belonged to a wealthy citizen. It has the elements of Baroque architecture in Klaipeda. The head of the post office Vite who owned it in 1768 might build the building.
