With the help of the grants, the project "Establishment of the Internet Access Room
within the Klaipeda Public Library" was implemented, and the Internet
Access Room opened its door on May 29, 1999. The library
has 7 personal computers for public use, which provide electronic
access to the resources of the library, and the Internet. You will find
a collection of books, CD-ROMs, periodical subscriptions including
information about computers and you can use services to:
- search in the Internet and subscribed databases
- work with Word, Excel, Power Point and to print information
- save information to floppy disc or CD-ROM
- order the individual lessons of the Internet search on phone number (8 26)31 47 28
- we are collecting best websites for youth
- presentations of the best websites for youth are organized periodically

- Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday - closed.
